Our Terms & Conditions for The School of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga & Healing Arts

  • ADMISSION PREREQUISITE

1.1 A pre-registration call with Trish is a pre-requisite for this training to ensure all is clear and that there is alignment between yourself and the School and confirming that now is the right time for you to embark on this journey to be a Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

  • COMMITMENT

2.1 By committing to this training, you confirm that you are indeed committing to completing the course and not taking this place at the expense of someone else who has applied.

 

  • PAYMENTS

3.1 Upon acceptance of the application, students are required to pay the first installment amount to secure their place. This payment will contribute towards the full course fee.

3.2 All students agree to the payment plan and will ensure sufficient funds are in place on the specified days to ensure the installment payment is able to be made.

3.3 Failure to adhere to the installment plan may result in forfeiture of the student’s place on the course.

3.4 If a student’s place is forfeited due to non-payment, no refunds will be issued.

  • CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

4.1 If a student cancels before the initial Training Foundation Weekend they are booked on, Soul Adventures will attempt to resell the place. If successful, any payment made will be credited to the following training year. No refunds will be provided for any reason.

4.2 If a student’s place cannot be resold, they are not entitled to any refund or credit and will need to make the full training payment (all four installments).

  • REQUIRED MATERIALS

5.1 The course fee does not include any of the required material to complete the Training.

5.2 The minimum required materials for this course include: a rattle, a drum plus a notepad and pen.

  • ATTENDANCE

6.1 All students confirm their commitment to take part in the full Teacher Training Programme (200-hour or 75-hour).

6.2 All students are expected to attend all live and online classes. In the event of unavoidable absence due to unforeseen circumstances, the student should notify Soul  promptly.5.3 All students confirm to attend at minimum, 85% of the Training course.

  • CERTIFICATION

7.1 In order to receive the certification, students must complete all assignments on time.

7.2 The certification is mandatory for practice and insurance purposes.By registering your space on this Training, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
