This evening marks our final Healing Circle for a while ... it really has been such a beautiful 10-weeks of healing and sending out our prayers for ourselves, for each other and for the collective.

This is a big week for me here, always my favourite week of the year honouring the sun, and these days of the most light and the height of mid-summer.

So nice to take stock and consider all that has happened since the Winter Solstice and all that will come along in these coming months.

Don't the years seem to fly by! This time next year, all being well, we will have our first graduation of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga teachers! Super excited about this journey and all those that have stepped up to this training.  ALREADY so much is shifting!

Adventures are ahead in the short term furture for me and very soon I will be off for some deep Soul Adventures in the UK and Ireland. The summer travels begin with Summer Soul Adventures In Avalon Retreat. 5 days at the incredibly beautiful 42 Acres and there is one final room open to join me there! A deeply healing experience in those mystical fields in Somerset, a trip to Glastonbury to bathe in the White Well and an incredible team of all my favourite healers and therapists. If you feel the call you can join me there:
