Bealtaine Blessings and Lots of Love ... ❤️

Hello dear,

Sending out the big loves to you this Bealtaine morning. 
Today is always my favourite day of the year!

It marks the start of the summer and the day when our ancestors went out and danced with the maypole and lit the fires of fertility amongst other traditions.

We are at the mid-point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice and this is the time of the year when we build the most energy.

There is hope in the air ...

And we can start to feel our spirits rise and more energy coming to flow into the intentions we planted at the Equinox.

We are leaving the winter behind ...
And indeed it certainly feels like this here this morning!

Personally I'm busy preparing for our first ever Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training which begins next Thursday ... ooooooooh this is incredibly exciting! 

What a time to begin this pioneering journey - the first of its kind and honestly nothing is giving me more joy than opening up these doors and developing this training programme, and well I can only say the people that have come forward to step into this are all amazing!

After the training our next in person offering will be SUMMER SOUL ADVENTURES IN AVALON, a 5-day retreat at the incredibly beautiful 42 Acres.

These days in Somerset will be filled with the usual weave of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. We will have a trip to Glastonbury and fingers crossed we will be out on the land as much as possible as we enjoy the healing energy of high summer. The free Live Online Healing Circles will continue to run every Monday evening until the Summer Solstice and this is such a great time to tune in. These sessions are so kind and soft and so deeply healing. You can join us here:
