Hello dear,

Top of the morning from the rising sun here in Sri Lanka..

Last day of such an epic Soul Adventure here on the south coast of this beautiful island.
Thanks to everyone who joined me here for the Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency week which was our first retreat of 2024.

It was so special!

And so we begin another year of retreat offerings
And the next deep dive will be back at the gorgeous 42 Acres in Somerset in July ... there are a couple of spaces open
And I so very much look forward to being back in those glorious fields there again!

In the meantime heading back to Menorca soon, with a stop off in London, for the Spring Equinox Workshop which is happening on Saturday at Indaba Studios in Marylebone from 3:30pm - 6:30pm ...

Can't wait to see some of you there, as we take a journey to connect to the energy of the equinox and newness of spring, planting our intentions and coming together in community to honour the turning of the year. The theme here will be rebirth as we practice to release the winter and that holding in the body with the usual weave of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Nidra and of course the gong.

I will be back online in the coming weeks with the Monday evening Healing Circles also.  

It has been such a beautiful experience here in Sri Lanka, I must say and although travel is often such a pain these days, the shift in perspective, the rest, the nature and the being in different cultures and with different people is always so enriching for the soul and so thank you Sri Lanka and your wonderful people for this beautiful adventure!

I have watched soooo many amazing surfers! I guess it's a bit like life, you have to get up on the board to ride the wave!! That's the first step and it ALWAYS comes back to trust.

We have to keep trusting!!
