Sending all the good vibes out to you this morning on this auspicious 11/11 day.

A day for magic! God knows we need it!

I'm excited to tell you about IN TO GOLD which is our Live Online Programme for 2025.

IN TO GOLD is a 21-day journey into self healing.

We will begin on the Full Moon on Monday 13th January and for 21 days straight we will practice to HEAL. 

During these 21 days we will remove blocks, to release what is no longer serving us on all levels, energetically, physically, somatically, emotionally and spiritually and then we will practice to balance the nervous system and come to a deeper connection to the healer within.
These core practices are powerful tools for self-healing that stimulate the release of neurotransmitters and hormones that play a crucial role in our well-being.  

I hope this is a useful endeavour for us all for this time and of course the Live Online Programme is always a highlight of the year for me. I look forward to sharing the journey with some of you.
