Sending you all the love and blessings for this equinox time. Today is the day when night and day are equal in light and darkness and the point directly between the Summer and the Winter Solstice.

May you feel the balance and may it feel good for you to take a moment today and consider your intentions as we move into this turning of the year and let go of the summer. 

I'm actually on retreat here myself this week. It's my second retreat with the amazing women from the Nutritional Healing Foundation. So fond of them and their good work and it's been 4 days of powerful detoxing so far, with another 3 days to go until we return to solids. It's a wonderful thing!

In these times, I find myself leaning more and more into the stars and the stones and so I'm honoured to have had the pleasure of working with these incredibly powerful crystals .... you can see them all here:

I'm honestly gutted about the whole Russell Brand story, the whole thing has broken my heart. Of course, I always feel that we must believe the women, of course. But honestly, personally, also feel upset at how this story broke, so sorry for his pregnant wife, what awful timing and I find it basically so sad that we seem to be constantly weaponised by the media.

It's a minefield isn't it!! And someone said to me the other day IT HAS NEVER BEEN LIKE THIS BEFORE and ain't that the truth!  

This is hot on the heels of witnessing one of the people I love most being brutally bullied online for having an opinion. Roisin Murphy is a good woman, an incredibly talented individual and a dear friend of mine. To see how she has been weaponised by the media also has been heartbreaking ... however in her case she just shared an opinion from her private facebook page. An opinion!! I mean!! Surely we must all have the freedom to have opinions! Surely??? 

This cancel culture that is rife is so, so wrong and so damaging and we really do need to get a grip!

Anyway in this particular case she seems uncancellable which is great and if you haven't listened to her new album you should ... it's brilliant!!! 

There is so much illusion in this world right now, so many angry people, so much confusion and soooo much unkindness.

Let's get that back for starters, kindness to ourselves and each other.

Anyway maybe that's a good thing to consider on this Equinox!
And for me it's time for some juice!
