Literally everyone is the guru ...

Hola dear Soul Adventurers,

I read this morning that the global wellness industry has grown to be valued at $4 trillion.
This growth has been twice as fast as the growth of the global economy!!!

And so as we face into a worldwide economic crash, the one industry that is growing exponentially is WELLNESS ...

How crazy is this!

No wonder it's starting to feel like EVERYONE is a guru, with so many people offering soo many weird, wild and wonderful balms for our poor burned out psyches, for our wrung out souls, exhausted by the constant hammering of the daily, hourly and moment-to-moment dopamine drop from the little devices we have in the palms of our hands.

The information overload! The new soothe, the new measure of our heartbeats, counting our steps, counting our breaths, the constant monitoring of our happiness, the constant striving to make ourselves more super human!

It is indeed exhausting and no wonder there are so many hacks on the other side of this.

Capitalism is taking over, that seems clear, with new trends and the punishing ploys for our bodies to become SUPER HUMAN, more money, more botox, more injections, more youth, more capitalistic practices, more pushing, become MORE, do MORE, be MORE, last LONGER ETC ETC

Manifest the fuck out of everything, break everything down so our egos really begin to feel like they are running the show!!

But really, I mean surely we practice to get AWAY from all of that, surely we practice to meet ourselves exactly where we are, to soothe that part of our soul that actually needs to be felt, seen, honoured. Surely we practice to meet the divine within the mystery that is this life?

Personally, I practice to touch at least once a day that part of me, that is outside of this PUSH, that part of me that is FREE, that part of me that is not ruled by the capitalism that has taken over the wellness industry.

I practice to meet myself and I invite you to join me in the classes I teach and the experiences I deliver so we can all touch the guru inside, not to be bigger, better, badder but to ACTUALLY BE the guru that we are inside ...

Love you all

Txx
