We are the Medicine

Top of the morning as we welcome the fresh summer rain here in west London this morning 🧡

It is definitely feeling like that pre carnival week!! And I'm personally happy for the cooler climes.

Oh England! You have been spoiling me with you delights ... clocked up 1,850 kms to get here over land and sea with little Snoop and it was a beautiful journey.

And well what can I say really about Medicine Festival ... just I guess wow!! Thanks to everyone who joined my class there, it really was an honour for me to hold that space.

Honestly haven't felt so hopeful for the future for a very long time and I will never ever forget sooo many amazing moments, so much healing, all the amazing music, the beauty, the campfires and how it feels to be in a well held high vibrational and intentional space. Highly recommend!

It's so nice to have some England time and I am here now until the OUR SONIC NATURE RETREAT which is happening for the Spring Equinox in Shropshire.

This retreat will be something super special and it's everything I love, Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and sound in the depths of the most amazing forest in Shropshire.

This is the first offering from A Place Beyond and we will be joined by some amazing sound healers there also. There are spaces still open so if you feel the call to all that magic please do join us.

We also have some spaces open for Safe To Surrender in the Algarve in November! I will be ready for some winter sunshine by then and I look forward to sharing that programme with some of you there. This will be a deeply healing 5 days, returning to self with so much focus on the nervous system and coming to a feeling of deep safety.
