It's a little flavour of the kind of plans we have for the fabulous OUR SONIC NATURE RETREAT in Shropshire in September for the Autumn Equinox. We plan to be out in the fields and the forest as much as possible, creating more magic like this with Sound, Yoga and Meditation.

And in other retreat news, I'm delighted to let you know that soon we will have details of one final offering for 2022 ... this will be a SAFE TO SURRENDER RETREAT in an incredibly beautiful location in the gorgeous Algarve over the 9th - 13th November; so we will be honouring the very special 11/11 portal, which has long been a dream of mine.
