I guess it feels like a good time to really consider our choices for the planet and where we can adapt our lifestyles, everything starts with a single action and all that.
For me, it was the decision to live sustainably and since March, I have been living off grid here in Menorca powered by the sun and man oh man, it feels good to know I'm less of the problem!

Back to nature! It's the medicine!

Excited to share news of a return to the fields in England over the coming months ♥️

This day next week, on 28 and 29 July, I will be joining the lovely people at Camp Bestival in Dorset and presenting a workshop: COME TOGETHER LETS EXPAND THIS FIELD OF LOVE .

This will be a heart centered coming together and I am so happy that after a 10 year hiatus, I will be back in a festival situation.

In August, I will be at THE MEDICINE FESTIVAL and I have the incredible honour of opening up the land there with my LOVE EVERYTHING WORKSHOP. I'm so excited to get to do this and to see so many of my favourite people there too.

And in September, I am super excited about co-creating a fabulous retreat OUR SONIC NATURE with some very dear friends, in an incredible eclectic and magical location in the Shropshire Hills.

Our Sonic Nature will be a 6-day Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing Retreat and is brought to life by 2 wonderful friends, Rachel Kelly and Adam Shelton.

I met Rachel when she came to Ibiza for a Cosmic Pineapple Retreat, she BROUGHT the goodie bags for everyone (that's the kind of hospitality we are dealing with here!!) and Adam came with Rachel last year to join myself and Stu Geddes on retreat, he somewhat gingerly stepped onto a yoga mat for the the first time and well the rest is history as they say. Adam is one of the UKs most talented music makers and DJs and his love of music is down and deep!

As some of you already know, I'm super interested in the power of sound to heal and when combined with Yoga, Meditation, Nidra, the power of sound is beyond potent.

This gathering will be a convergence of some of the UKs finest soundscapers and we will be pushing out to the boundaries of deep healing with the yoga and the harmonics. We will play with instrumental and electronic depths out in the forests and we will practice by the fire in the grand hall of this incredible location.

It's also the Autumn Equinox and as we mark the harvest and honour the New Moon with a 6-hour Gong Puja ... strong stuff! Powerful stuff! 6-Hours of continuous gong. It's my favourite!
