The Essential Guide For Soul Adventurers is a limited edition (222 copies only) art book which contains a 40 day retreat you can do at home.
Each day you scan your phone over a bar code to get a daily check-in with me, filmed in gorgeous locations in Ibiza alongside classes and meditations and includes fabulous original images, inspirations, life hacks and a journal for twice daily check-ins.
It’s a doing book! You have to DO IT …. but I absolutely know that if you follow it it will bring you to happiness and healing and it's something to cherish for life.
