We are honoured to have been awarded BEST WELLBEING RETREAT 2025 in the recent HEALTH AND WELLBEING AWARDS!

We have been some fabulous retreats coming up this year … in August we will have Walk In Beauty, a womens only retreat at The Dreaming In Wales, in October we will return to Mallorca for a Safe To Surrender retreat and in November we will have our first offering in Jamaica with a week long Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency retreat. Im so excited for all of these soul adventures and i so very much look forward to sharing them with some of you.

Registration is now open for the next SHAMANIC KUNDALINI YOGA TEACHER TRAINING which will begin on 1 May 2025. This pioneering 200 hour training is accredited by the Yoga Alliance Professionals and training for the first co-hort is well and truly underway.

These times are strong, powerful and potent and keeping the vibrations high is essential in these days.
