We will have a fabulous 3-hour workshop to mark this turning of the year and to invite in the new energies of Spring.

On the Spring Equinox we find ourselves at a balance point where day and night are of equal length and the big themes are Renewal and Rebirth. 

This is a time of hope as we welcome back more light and we will work with the themes of Rebirth, Renewal and Revitalisation with a journey of Breathwork, Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and come to full relaxation with a deep Nidra and Sound Healing. 

An afternoon to mark this point in the year in community.

We will meet at the beautiful Indaba studios in Marylebone.
