A Gift of Coming Together for this Winter Solstice

Hello dear 

I hope you are well, keeping warm and managing to take some quiet time during these special days ahead of the Winter Solstice ♥️♥️♥️
 

I'm really delighted to invite you to be my guest for a LIVE ONLINE Winter Solstice Gathering next Wednesday 21st, in the evening at 8pm CET // 7pm GMT

We will celebrate the return of the light as our ancestors did, honouring the turning of the year.  There will be some gentle Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and we will slide into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

In the days leading up to the Solstice there really is a strong invitation for introspection and going down into the underworld, a taking stock as it were, a checking in with the souls path.  There is real magic in this and I do hope you can!

Next week will see my final online classes for 2022. I LOVE teaching in this space with you! It's really GREAT!

And I'm very much looking forward to BLINDED BY YOUR GRACE, the 2023 Live Online Programme starting on 02 Jan 2023 .... it's going to be great to have the opportunity to go so deep to start off the year, connected and ALIVE!
