The polarities are strong.

In amongst the chaos there is also so much gold
There is also so much self healing, self initiation, self supporting and I guess, well there needs to be!

That's what's on offer really here in my Online Clubhouse, my online temple.

Without a doubt, I can honestly say there is a way here of healing that is profound, sublime, divine, powerful and accessible.
The Shamanic Kundalini Yoga practice is accessible to all and the weave of this practice with music, breathwork, sound and underneath it all is THE HEALING and that is what makes it so potent!

What's on offer here is a space to support yourself in navigating the exterior landscape by coming into a deeper connection with the interior landscape.
It is a helpful practice
Non-negotiable for me, obviously, but also something I am so guided to share at this time.

Classes are twice a week
They are powerful
They are HEALING
They are accessible
We are a community lifting ourselves up and offering our efforts up for the good of ALL ...

Monday evenings classes are super soft with a door opening into a deeply relaxing liminal space and Thursday mornings classes are really rather the opposite, they are energetic, strong and they move a lot of energy.
Am LOOOOVING being back in the Clubhouse as you can probably tell and its so great being in this space with you.

You can also visit the Class Collection for a newly added complimentary class. It is a strong and potent 75min class and the first from our Winter 2022 season. ENJOY!

So excited to see some of you soon in Menorca for our final retreat offering here for 2022 and for sure we will go DEEEEEEEP into the VIBRATE AT YOUR HIGHEST FREQUENCY journey.

And then I so very much look forward to heading over to the Algarve for my final offering of 2022 for the SAFE TO SURRENDER RETREAT.
