I'm so excited to announce my summer retreats for 2022 in Menorca ...
As you can see the Balaeric love story continues and in particular my new affair with Menorca has been happening ... I absolutely LOVE IT there!
The whole island is a UNESCO Biosphere and the nature is off the charts.
We will have a Soul Medicine Retreat in June, a Safe To Surrender Retreat in July and a Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency Retreat in October.
They will all take place in THE most exquisite house!
A fabulously elegant Menorcan estate of 100 hectares with a huge pool and my dream yoga studio in a converted cowshed with huge doors out to the gardens. There has been an upgrade!
The property stretches right down to the south coast of the Island and we have soo much space to be ... a true retreat space.
As always these programmes are designed to ultimately HEAL and I work with the symphony of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Sound and of course the gong ....
If there is a calling of your soul to join me there, it will be my honour and pleasure to share these Soul Adventures with you this summer in Menorca.
