During the Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency programme we take a journey through the chakras with a specific programme of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga alongside Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Sound and Deep Healing.

A Jamaica Retreat has been a long time in the dreamtime for me as I absolutely LOVE it there so much and I’m beyond excited to return to the epic and amazing Jakes on Treasure Beach to bring this years’ Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency Retreat to you.

I have been presenting this programme since 2013 and can only say it is a truly transformational experience which connects us back to ourselves, our true selves, back to the real essence and that is where our highest frequency resides.  

We delve into the process of clearing energetic blocks, opening each energy centre and bringing the chakras back into alignment.

When our chakras are open and balanced we then begin to vibrate at higher frequencies, we begin to feel WELL, vital, energised, glowing, flowing, calm and quite simply happy. This programme affects a deep softening and transformation.  

The intention here is not to become a bigger, badder, bolder version of yourself in a capitalistic way ... the intention here is to become the highest vibrational emanation of your SOUL.  To deliver yourself back to yourself ... It is a homecoming to YOURSELF. 

 These vibrate weeks and the combination of all this focus brings the spirit UP, we become lighter and brighter and we become so incredibly energised by the end.

There is a caveat and that is that this can be a strong journey, this programme does affect deep healing and sometimes we have to REALLY step up to meet ourselves, sometimes it’s messy and emotional but in my experience, healing and the journey to healing, is not always paved with rose petals, sometimes its tough to clear and release but its ALWAYS worth it.

We reside at the exceptionally beautiful JAKES at Treasure Beach one of my favourite places on the planet. Jakes is a colourful bohemian property by the sea in the province of Saint Elizabeth. Our lodgings will be in some of the colourful one-of-a-kind villas and bungalows, connected by mosaic trails and our classes will face out to the turquoise waters, feeling the sea breeze serenaded by a symphony of the waves and the birds in chorus.

We will eat fresh, locally-sourced produce and optional seafood from the island. And we will tap into all the magic of Jamaica as we raise our vibrations together on this journey.
