Life is all good here in the hills.
I'm so glad to be so deep in the nature as we continue to receive all of these solar flares and intense energy...
Important to stay calm and connected.

This evening we will have a very soft and calm practice for the Healing Circle.
It's such a beautiful experience of coming together to practice and send up our prayers

And I'm excited to let you know that Ibiza has called and I will be returning in October to mark the 10th Anniversary of my first ever retreat at the utterly goargeous Can Nic. We will have the LOVE IS THE TEMPLE retreat happening 31 October - 05 November. 

This will be a homecoming on so many levels as we focus on coming back to the full expression of the heart.
