Thanks to everyone who joined me at the fabulous 42 Acres for such an epic and amazing retreat over Bealtaine, one I will certainly never forget. It was soo soo wonderful to get the chance to bring Soul Adventures there for those special days and we are already planning a return!

After long promising, I have recorded a short morning practice and that is here on the website. I honestly tried to make a shorter one but honestly, I think this is worth getting up a little earlier for. It will set up your day so well!

London! I'm excited to let you know that I will be there in July. Now for a half day workshop at the beautiful WAKING DREAMS in East London. We will have a soothing half day together for SAFE TO SURRENDER with the main focus being on the nervous system.

I have an exciting road trip planned for this one!! There are a couple of spaces open for anyone feeling the call to delve deeply into meeting themselves under those big skies in the middle of Portugal.
