Freeness, Newness, Niceness FREEDOM and Adventure

Not going to lie but during the journey to get here and probably the first 36 hours here, I kept thinking, yep this is probably my last trip to Goa for a while, all the effort, all the travelling!! The huge journey ... not sure I want to keep doing this ...

BUT then I remembered! I began to FEEL and remember what travelling actually does for MY SOUL, what exploring foreign lands does for my perspective. 

I don't really know if I am a conspiracy theorist, I mean maybe I am, but definitely nothing like LOTS of my tribe BUT I will offer that the journey and the actual experience of travelling is different. It's somehow totally different these days, almost like we are not meant to travel anymore, unless of course we are fruit and veg shipping around the world, then it's fine because well thats consumerism ...  and travelling is really for the FREE and the BRAVE.

So my oh my the depth of the experience here for me now is EPIC

WE NEED TO KEEP ADVENTURING and we certainly NEED TO FEEL FREE

so much freeness coming for you ...

I also had the pleasure to chat to the wonderful Angie Litvinoff on her "YOU ARE THE CREATRIX" podcast.
Angie was my first teacher, the person who opened the doors to so much healing for me and the person who changed my life SO POWERFULLY when I began my journey with deep healing.  
 

I'm excited to let you know that THE HEALING CIRCLE is back on Monday nights and that's also FREE and it's NICE and it's POWERFUL and it's an amazing way to begin your week.

It's a weave of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and Nidra delivering deep dream states and deep healing.

Healing for ourselves, each other and sending that healing out to where it's needed and to the planet ... Come!

MEET YOURSELF is my next retreat with open spaces, it's in Portugal at the end of May

Seems to be such a Portugal ¨vibe¨ going on these days and I so very much look forward to being back there again.

Those big skies!! I can't wait to be there in that big valley and being able to practice out on the deck by the lake with horses in the fields and our dinners growing beside us.

Spaces are filling up, so if you feel the call please do ADVENTURE and as the name suggests come and MEET YOURSELF ...

That's what it's basically all about!

And we get to meet ourselves over and over again each and every day!

And oh mate its good to be ALIVE ...
And its so good to be FREE
