Healing Circle next Monday for new beginnings and Ibiza calling

It has been a beautiful start to the day to see those down rays bursting through the grey clouds and starting their shine on the water.

These are my last few days on this particular summer Soul Adventure ...  thanks to everyone who has graced these 9 weeks and who helped to make them so incredibly memorable and so enjoyable.

So much to unpack! On all levels!! And this journey has been just sooo good for my soul, freedom is indeed intoxicating! I don't quite remember being more inspired and so well rested ... rest as they say, is radical! And indeed I believe it is.

Anyway! It's been epic to see so many of you, to soak up the scenes, to be in community, to dance and to have made soooo many memories.  

I'm full!! 
 

And I'm excited to now be heading towards magical Menorca and those beautiful hills and to be back to the HEALING CIRCLE next Monday 4th.

I have always loved the "back to school" energy of early September and the promise of these late summer days, the new routines, the new beginnings.

And new beginnings will be the theme for our session on Monday. My teaching seems to have become even more soft in these days, and oh so deep, and the healing is of course fully flowing, so I very much look forward to sharing this with you. It's FREE and it's open to all, and it's a weave of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and Nidra and it's powerful. You can sign up here to join me ...

LOVE IS THE TEMPLE is my final retreat of the year, it's back at the very beautiful Can Nic where I began these retreat offerings 10 years ago. It will happen over the Samhain days, the days when we honour our ancestors, when indeed our ancestors celebrated the end of summer and the Celtic New Year.

These powerful days when the veil is thin, is a powerful time to have the opportunity to really CONNECT with the energy of our ancestral lineages and alongside this deep work we will focus on returning to the Temple of the Heart and coming back to that temple of peace and love right there.
