A sense of humour, TOMORROWS portal and the subtle art of not giving a F*CK

I hope all is well.
Sending love from the wild Atlantic coast here in Cornwall 💗

Wild it is indeed!! And incredibly beautiful ...

I am into my second month on this summer Soul Adventure and welllll ... so much happens!! I am on the road, hunting for beauty and inspiration, seeing some of those I love the most, teaching a little, shower dodging and soaking it all in and remembering the utter importance of holding a sense of humour!

Hanging off the jurassic coast in Dorset early last week googling the wind mile per hour vs the speed of winds needed to blow a campervan off a cliff at 3am was pretty much the low point and I most certainly lost my sense of humour for a few hours the next morning ... but it's a circle and it came back and my goodness is it the no. 1 tool in the artillery when driving around these fair isles in the worst weather conditions since recorded history - or so they say!

Wish I had shares in Dry Robe! They don't seem to be able to make them fast enough!!

Not sure we collectively have EVER needed to be reminded to laugh so much!

So much laughing last weekend at the excellent Camp Bestival. LOVED being back in a festival and all of the actual magic that happens when we come together in fields, even in the rain and celebrate the joy of being alive. So much inspiration! Thanks to everyone who joined me in that beautiful little temple on the hill and thanks to the Da Banks for having me. It was such a highlight!

Also thanks to everyone who joined me in London at the end of July.  Oh what a beautiful experience we all had! Loved every single second of it!

Tomorrow we have the annual 8.8 LIONSGATE PORTAL and it really is rather a powerful day. This is a day our ancient ancestors honoured the Sun's presence in the sign of Leo the Lion and the rising of the star Sirius on the horizon, which signifies a day of highly activated cosmic energy.

As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion's Belt directly aligns with the Pyramid of Giza, and so it appears that Sirius comes closer to the Earth.

A huge injection of light is available and well we need all the light we can get right now don't we?

I believe we all are feeling the highs and lows of riding these waves of change ... it's not just some of us is it?!

More yoga! Always the answer ... we need to stay steady.

The plan of not having a plan is giving me such a rich adventure here, lots to ponder of course, varying degrees of the big existential questions to consider as ever, lots of TUNES, some study and lots of feeling into my final 2 retreats of the year.

So very much looking forward to seeing some of you in Menorca in early October for KISS THE EARTH and of course excited for LOVE IS THE TEMPLE in Ibiza at the end of October also. There are 2 spaces open for Ibiza which is my 10th anniversary retreat back where it all began at the gorgeous Can Nic.

Love is, indeed the temple.

It's interesting driving around also with a bit of Radio 2 and the news of course and observing how much weaponisation goes on, on so many levels. But surely we need to question, for example, how little sense it makes that 100 new licenses were granted last week to rip more gas and oil out of the North Sea when the country and indeed the world is really suffering with this climate change reality. I mean!! Surely this can't be right? Surely the future must be renewable sources of energy and surely we have done more than enough damage to this beautiful planet? There are some things we really need to care about.

And then there are others! I can't recommend the new documentary, The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck enough.  Whether you already read the book or not this is a great film. A wonderful adaptation of the book which includes the author Mark Manson bringing the book to life and sharing some of his wisdoms and explaining why indeed we should not give a f*ck about so many things in life and instead remember what a short experience this is and how wonderful it is to be alive. A must watch! It's on Netflix.

And on that note, I wish you all to be flooded in light for the Lionsgate tomorrow and that we all remember what is important ~ to give a proverbial f*ck about.

Sending love,

Txx
