It has been quite some years since I was in Ireland for the Winter Solstice and I’m super pleased to be in Kilkenny this year and to present my first offering at the gorgeous Koru Wellness in the Castle Yard.

This will be a beautiful late afternoon session with Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and flowing into a super relaxing Nidra.

The Winter Solstice is the day we welcome back the light and in this session, we will work with the theme of rebirth and renewal to honour this moment and the turning of the year.
