A return to healing ♥️ Our live online Healing Circles resume from Monday ♥️

Sending love to you from the sunny windy hills in Menorca ♥️

It's so nice to be home now for some months and I'm so pleased to share news that we will resume the Live Online Free Healing Circles from Monday evening. 

These sessions are a beautiful way to start the week … it's a wonderful coming together to offer up our prayers and is open to all.

It's a gentle weave of Shamanic Kundalini with some Breathwork and we come to a deep healing place each week with a gorgeous Yoga Nidra, so do bring what you need to make a nest. 

We begin at 6:30pm GMT / 7:30pm CET and I so very much look forward to opening up these doors of healing again.

According to all the astrology, APRIL is a huge month! There is a quickening and times are strong!

I have recorded a new 15 minute morning practice, which is over on the website for you.

I'm back at the divine 42 Acres in Somerset for my next retreat which is SUMMER SOUL ADVENTURES IN AVALON …. a deep dive into all that is alive for us all in these exceptional times. There are a couple of rooms open for anyone feeling the call for the special Soul Adventure ♥️

I have also opened the doors for some 1-2-1 sessions over these spring months .. so much is shifting! 

I have been without a computer since Monday as it is in for repair and I must confess, it has been A JOY! Mercury in retrograde is such a potent time for us all to consider our positions and indeed our paths and well, I guess it's good to have a tech break and more time to connect to the ACTUAL REAL TECHNOLOGY of life and it’s altogether epicness!
