The journey is the destination and new 2024 dates in Goa & Sri Lanka

Sending love from the incredibly gorgeous Ribatejo Valley here in the centre of Portugal.

Today we begin my first retreat here at the beautiful Green Farm.

It has been a big journey to get here via sea and land but ooooh I do love a road trip and there is something so special travelling like this.

The journey as they say is the destination! So much happens in these moments on the road and I'm super excited to welcome the group here and to embark on the MEET YOURSELF journey.

Excited to share news of new dates for 2024 in gorgeous Goa where we will return for our 7th retreat in February. Goa is always a highlight!

And I'm thrilled to announce a new location for 2024 in Sri Lanka in March. I have been wanting to get to Sri Lanka for some years and finally the stars have aligned and we have another epic location for this VIBRATE AT YOUR HIGHEST FREQUENCY RETREAT.

There is a super strong moon coming up on Saturday .... a little reminder to stay GROUNDED and look out for solutions for completions.
