I hope you are doing well and enjoying the longer evenings and the stretch into spring here in the Northern hemisphere.
 
There is for sure a lot going on cosmically, astrologically, energetically and I guess judging by the amount of AI chat going on, there is surely a lot going on technologically!!!
 
I remember back in the 90s when I tried to hold on to the fax machine pretty hard and resisted opening an email account and I can't help but think this must be another round like that … 
 
Ooooh man it's kind of weird and amazing and scary and brilliant all at the same time isn’t it!!! It's come in FAST huh?!  Simulation, manipulation, more blurring of the borders between reality and illusion and more systems falling down each and every day.
 
Even if I can't actually see the new earth, I am most definitely FEELING IT.  And someone asked me the other day HOW was I feeling it and I guess it's really what happens when I plug into my practice every day and that space of PEACE and that spaces gives me HOPE. 
 
Such a lot going on in the world, the polarities, the falling of the systems, unprecedented needs a new world!!! So honestly, I continue to encourage a daily practice, whatever it is for you …. Plug into that!!

It's ALL about the healing! The Kundalini Yoga is so so healing. So when I say it's soft, I realise that it isn’t just soft - it's also STRONG and there for me is where the healing really is. Right in there.
 
Currently, I'm curating an incredible selection of healers for the 42 Acres retreat next month in Somerset.  This is my first Soul Adventures retreat in England. Really looking forward!!!!
 
And so very much looking forward to re-connecting with the horses for the Portugal retreat. There is an amazing offering of healing with the horses there. I did some equine assisted psychotherapy in Ibiza some years ago and it was so incredibly powerful. I have always loved horses and of course in Shamanic terms the horse represents our power. And well I mean don’t we all really actually NEED to get back on our Power, particularly NOW?
 
Anyway this will be an opportunity to HEAL … 

And so finally in other news … hold tight London … I'm coming to give a SAFE TO SURRENDER WORKSHOP in July at Love Supreme Studios.

We focus on really inviting in safety, calming down the nervous system, relaxation and having a deeply healing experience.  
 
Hopefully it will be hot! I actually love that time of the year in London and of course I'm thrilled to be BACK WEST! My fave!
And it's such a nice place in Ladbroke Grove
 
The workshop will be happening from 2pm – 4:30pm on Saturday and Sunday 22nd and 23rd July.
 
I look forward to seeing some of you there and I'm delighted to have more time than usual and so we have the opportunity to go deeper.
