Peace, Love, Hope, Healing Circle and getting ourselves Back to the Garden

Hello dear,
Sending so much love to you from the rising sun here in the hills in Menorca 💗

I hope you are doing well and managing ok amidst these waves of deep unrest in the world.

For the empathetic soul this is indeed an exceptionally challenging time ...
I see you, I feel you 

And I'm sure we all feel the same. 

It's so incredibly tragic what is actually happening for humanity right now.

There is a certain hopelessness I know, but I truly believe we also need to keep sending love and peace and healing to the areas where all this suffering is happening, all sides of the suffering

And we must pray in whatever way feels most appropriate ... but for sure we must pray for a ceasefire, for human rights for all and for the saving of any more INNOCENT lives.

On Monday evening I would love to invite you to join me for a healing circle FOR PEACE, and all in who are suffering.

As always the healing circle is free but if you might like to made a donation to an aid organisation of your choice perhaps this is a nice way of keeping the energy circulating like that.

Strong tough times folks.

Times we need to keep steady within and keep hopeful

Times we must take ourselves Back to the Garden, as Joni Mitchell sang about 

All of this has been my inspiration for our 2024 LIVE ONLINE PROGRAMME which will begin on the 6th of January and run until the 14th of February.

We will return to the 40-day format with classes on Monday evenings, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and with 3 workshops during the journey.

This is always such a beautiful experience for us all, a potent way to begin the year, a way to stay in the connectedness we all most certainly seem to need, a tethering if you will. 
We must keep the hope and faith that we are where we are meant to be

And so I very much look forward to inviting you into this community and doors will OPEN TODAY!
