In October 2024 we will return to the incredibly beautiful Son Blanc Farmhouse for the first Back to Garden Retreat.
This retreat programme is designed to bring you Back to the Garden of your soul, to cultivate the mind, body and soul connection and regulate the nervous system so we can truly BE the BEINGS we need to be for ourselves and each other in these times.
I believe and moreover I witness, that more than ever before, we absolutely need to return home to ourselves, to feel safe, to be able to relax and to be able to step into the fullness of our own self healing.
This is where the magic is, when we can regulate and connect BACK IN … and coming back to the garden is essentially A FEELING!
This is a MULTI LEVEL JOURNEY with deep focus on the bio plasticity, which means focusing on balancing the hormones, balancing the cortisone and the adrenalin to regulate the nervous system so we flow into the new year from a balanced perspective.
On a physical level, we will focus on the somatic release of trapped energy in the body, we will shake a lot, we will stretch a lot and we will open up the physical vessel a lot.
On a mental level, we will focus on the release of anxiety and stress in the field, creating serotonin, releasing endorphins, flooding the system with dopamine and creating a lot of anandamide which is the bliss molecule.
On a spiritual level, we will focus on connecting to the divine inside and the return to the heart.
On a quantum level we will open up an intentional quantum field of healing.
We will reside at the exquisitely beautiful Son Blanc, an exceptional property which is truly founded on sustainability alongside utter luxury.
We will dine by the pool for brunch, under the olive trees for our snacks and by candlelight on the terrace for dinner.
The food offering is also amazing here, with pretty much all the food coming from the farm itself and the dishes that are created are simply stunning.
This is an experience of true beauty, an ideal alignment with the work in hand and certainly a memorable retreat experience of coming home to yourself.

All the bedrooms are unique and en suite, all with incredible views of the countryside or the sea, some of them double, some of them twin, some of them with private terraces and outdoor wooden bathtubs.
As always there will be plenty of time to really recharge during these days together and the afternoons are free for relaxing and for additional therapies to enhance the experience.
Hidden away to the side of the house is a stunning “rock effect” swimming pool with views out to the sea and the terraced orchards, the perfect place to wile away the hours in the beautiful Balearic sunshine.
