Hello dear ,

I hope you are doing well in these days of the mega solar flares and so much shifting on so many levels ♥️

I'm midway through giving a Reiki Master Teacher Training with a client that I have trained over the past 9 years and it certainly gives me strong hope when I see so much growth going on around me and so many stepping up to their call to heal.

God knows we need it!

I'm still elated after our first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training weekend! It honestly felt like everything led to this for me and seeing this first cohort feel so engaged and eager, just gave me again sooo much hope for the future. The sound of the drums in the valley was just so, so powerful and I'm so very much looking forward to the next foundation weekend in September and the coming year of training. Gratitude honestly doesn't cut it really.

Doesn't it really seem to you that all of the predictions of the falling down of all the systems is like REALLY happening. Not least hip hop and personally with my background in the world of P Diddy, I have gone down quite the rabbit hole and man oh man it's just WILD what is going on as we see so many worlds shattering and soo much change going on. So many truths being exposed. So many shocks!

Steadiness is the only way!
