Feels so good to be here now for some time and I'm excited to go deep into these pre-winter solstice days, to go deeper into my practice, lots of study going on and well you know all the cozy winter vibes!

Spain always feels so much kinder in these Christmas days as we don't have any of the hectic Christmas commercialism to contend with and I'm super happy for that!

Remember this IS THE TIME now for the deeper inner work, this is the time for delving deeply into the lower worlds, this is the time for replenishing, for softening and slowing down, relaxing, resting and all that radical stuff that we must keep remembering IS IMPORTANT.

Classes in the online temple are flowing and I am in love with sharing these with you, something sooo gorgeous happens every Monday evening as we go deep into the Nidras and it's a whole level of softening and feels like Thursday mornings start the weekend off so well, in full power and deep connection.

In the same way that sometimes I stop and look at my phone and think WOW all my music is in HERE, or whilst I'm able to find literally any song by any artist in this little device, I also think WOW - a lot!!! and I most definitely often stop and think WOW, I get to hold this space from my temple here out into the world, all over the place!! and the energy is the same!! and it works and we all feel it! Oh man technology has done so much for energy work hasn't it?

Couple of exciting things to share with you ...

After some years of dreaming about a retreat at the incredibly amazing 42 acres in Somerset - it's happening!

And it's happening in such a fabulous moment next year for Bealtaine ... the lighting of the fires of fertility, of creativity and it's all the things I LOVE.

It will be such an epic Soul Adventure, 5-days of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga there, in that magical land, a trip to Glastonbury, meditation on the tor and so much amazingness! I honestly couldn't have imagined a more aligned first UK retreat offering.

Somerset you are so special, I so very much look forward to this...

A reminder here that we will begin our Live Online Deep Dive on 02 January with BLINDED BY YOUR GRACE.

I also so very much look forward to this deep journey with you, 5 weeks, 5 classes per week, going deep!

Goa planning is underway here of course! We will be back in that amazing place for 2 retreats in the spring. One is fully booked but there are 2 spaces open for SOUL MEDICINE. Indeed it is such Soul Medicine in itself to be back in gorgeous Goa and all the magic she delivers each and every time. If you have the call to join me there, please do!
