Indeed! .... if you didn't laugh AND have a yoga practice that is
Personally, I have never before called upon my sense of humour and my yoga practice this much.
As women what do we do now?
As humans what do we do now?
Abortion illegal again in so much of America ...

How are we here?
What's happening to our freedoms, our rights??
What's happening to seas, our bees, so many people on their knees :(
Practice and prayer I guess are my answers.

Tomorrow morning LIVE ONLINE in my little online clubhouse embodying prayer and sending out waves of love and connection through the ethers.

What the world needs now are people holding THE LIGHT, smiling, STEPPING UP and pouring healing vibrations out into this glorious and amazing universe.

Just one class next week as I will be on my SAFE TO SURRENDER retreat.

Excited for this one and honestly feels like it couldn't be more timely. Love this programme as it's so potent for deep healing of the nervous system and I love to explore these themes of safety. It wasn't until I understood safety that I could truly surrender. We bandy that word about so much these days but it's impossible to surrender unless we feel safe. We will have new Safe To Surrender dates coming soon ...

All my retreats this season are fully booked but there is ONE FINAL ROOM OPEN for Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency in October here in magical Menorca. My tenth year presenting this powerful programme, a game changer! I'm excited to see who will complete this group.
