So I would love to invite you to join me for a Live Online Healing Circle on Monday evening.

That will also be my final Live Online offering for a little while ahead of my summer soul adventures

Oh man my nervous system is glad!!

And so I have added one final SAFE TO SURRENDER Programme to this years retreat offerings.
It's in an epic location in the Algarve, super close to my favourite beach there
and basically that is what we will do ...

We will be slow, we will go deep, we will meet ourselves, bring ourselves to a space that feels "safe enough" to relax, we will feel supported and we will remember how to surrender.

It's 9 - 13 November when the weather is so gorgeous there
And we will honour 11/11 which is another powerful day

And it's 11 years since 11/11/11 and what some say was the true opening of the doors for the Aquarius
moments, markers, memories
And of course ... the Atlantic in the sunshine! All the feels!
